We stayed in the hotel and from the moment we went thoroughly the doors until we left we were treated very well.the staff at the front the bar staff to the cleaning lady all welcome us.it is a lovely hotel it was recommended to us and we have told lots of people about the hotel.the food and staff and accommodation was excellent

I had great time and only complaint I had was with the breakfast but it was minor, was happy enough with everything else.

sometimes some guests are a little bit noisy my daughter is just back she said there were people out on a roof singing at after 2am. but we love Bracken court and have booked again for October
