Overall had a very enjoyable stay. Initial impression was that the foyer was very dark and dreary but staff were very helpfull. Room was convenient to lift as requested but unfortunately the washbasin in the room was badly cracked and detracted from the overall appearance of the room. I felt that at breakfast there were too few staff to cope with the rush of guests, which resulted in lack of bowls being available and long queues at the hot food. However the staff were all courteous and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Bu

Was here for my daughters wedding it was amazing from start to finish the staff could not have been any nicer or helpful and food was beautiful. 5 star quality at affordable prices what more could you ask for

We stayed in an executive suite which was excellent, the room was very spacious with a four poster bed. The bathroom had a jauzzi bath. We could not find the television remote and rang reception they delivered one within 5 minutes. We had food in the hotel bar which was very nice. The bar staff were friendly and helpful although they were a little slow at serving at times but think she was just new. The breakfast was nice too and had really good selection but there only seemed to be one waitress who was rushing about but was able to bring us everything we asked for. Great stay and would be back again.
