Lovely hotel and very friendly staff...definitely worth staying there

Stay was great. No negatives to report really. Great sized room. Great location. Pigeon noise was annoying early in the morning.

Friendly front desk who were very helpful. Waitress during evening meal was also very lovely. We had a great stay here and will definitely be back!

I cannot recommend enough the staff at this hotel - especially Emma Staunton who was amazing with myself and my Party. Also a special mention of thanks to Tommy the bar manager who was brilliant for the duration of our stay. The food in the restaurant was top quality and ws enjoyed by all. My only criticism (and it's minor) is to do with the bar at night. As old folks we were a bit worried by the carry on of some of the young drinkers in the bar and we felt like there could have been better security in order to prevent an accident occurring. But overall the hotel and the staff are brilliant. Thank you so much.
